Many people are concerned these days, and rightly so, about
violence in the schools, in the workplace, and in our
neighborhoods. Unfortunately, dealing with the impact of
increasing crime has become an important life-skill.
Coalition for
Crime Prevention
conducts seminars on how to prevent crime from happening to
you and on how to minimize its violent nature should you
become a criminal’s victim.
The information we present is based on research from
agencies such as police departments, sheriff’s offices, the
Federal Bureau of Investigation, rape crisis centers,
federal and state prisons, and many others.
Our seminars involve members of your group in a "hands-on"
experience. They are presented in a fast-paced, active style
that captivates members of the audience and makes them enjoy
being taught, even though the subject may be unpleasant and
scary! We educate, we do not alarm, and our goal is for
people to learn to protect themselves.
